Here's how it all works
Your Personal Paparazzi will come to your social event (and we can scrub up quite nicely too if required!). We'll take photos of your guests at the start of the evening as they arrive and make smalltalk, and we'll stick around for a few hours taking more photos as they start to get in the party mood! If you're having an award ceremony or speeches we'll cover that too. We'll generally leave when somebody starts to tell us that we're their best friend, even though they've only just met us.
The photos are all digital, so we then go away and upload them to a private gallery on our website. We use an industry leading, professional photo hosting site, so the photos will be there for ages (at least a year). We'll give you instructions about how to access it - if you want it password protected that's fine. During the evening we'll give out cards with the web address on it too, and we aim to upload the photos within 24 hours, but generally much, much quicker than that. If you also want a CD-ROM of the images just let us know. Depending on the numbers of people at your event you should expect somewhere in the region of 200 to 300 photos.
The photos are all copyright free for your guests private use, so you can copy them, put them on your intranet or servers or simply download them individually and get prints - we can give you advice on how to do that if you require. Our galleries are designed for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer v6, but they should work with most browsers (we've done some testing with Firefox for example).
